Our maintenance works often involves working in live environments and is generally fast track to minimize any disruption to the tenants and to ensure that empty properties are available to rent at the earliest opportunity. JPS also have a number of void contracts whereas the works is completed to a lettable standard in a minimum timeframe in order to facility the local authorities needs

Our works ranges from internal refurbishment – including kitchen and bathroom upgrade works to external roofing, redecoration and void works.
