SCOPE:
- Undertake builders work in connection and all fire stopping to top floor apartments in a live assisted living complex.
- Installation of sprinklers to all top floor apartments, including tank room and all associated M&E.
- Works carried out with JPS as the Principal Contractor.
- Working closely with the client team to move residents to void apartments and return during the works.
