JPS Projects have offices in London, Manchester and Derbyshire allowing us to undertake works nationwide.
Our clients to date have taken us to the following areas Glasgow, Stroud, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol and Leicester as well as our core areas of London, Manchester, Yorkshire and surrounding areas. JPS have a dedicated team of operatives, and a preferred specialist supply chain, that is able to deliver the works and support our services nationwide. Our Operations team is managed by our Operations Director Steve Green along with a team of dedicated contracts/project /site managers and foreman. Each team has a dedicated Site Manager and Foreman who are supported by the commercial team and head office support team.
Our commercial team are able to offer our client’s value for money based on experience, and are able to tender works on a competitive basis, or agree to a schedule of rates. We are also familiar with measured term contracts, and are currently working on the following schedules - PSA – NSR and NHF on various contracts. We are also able to offer competitive tenders or quoted works.
Jason Bracegirdle – Managing Director
JPS Projects is overseen by Jason Bracegirdle who has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and has been a Managing Director for over 10 years. Having previously held a position as Operations Director and contracts manger before that, Jason has also spent a number of years on site and has progressed through the ranks. Jason set up in business having previously worked for large organizations to bring the skills and systems of a larger organization to an SME whilst also offering a personal service to all of our clients with a hands on, can do approach!
Steve Green ICIOB – Operations Director
Steve fulfils the position of Operations Director at JPS Projects Ltd and has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and started his career as a carpenter. Steve’s career path enabled him to work nationally whilst gaining experience in both the workshop and on site delivering a quality product time and time again to a number of key clients. Steve worked his way through the ranks and prior to his current position held the position as Senior Contracts Executive where he was overseeing individual packages up to a value of £4 million.
Steve has a wealth of experience in fit out and refurbishment in a number of sectors and having worked on site understands the constraints and logistics of delivering a quality project.
Adam Fareham – Commercial Manager
Adam has recently gained the position of Commercial manager having previously fulfilling the role of senior QS – Adam oversees the complete commercial function of the business and is supported by a QS and junior QS in house. Adam is young and energetic and has already been very successful in his career – Adam has worked for a number of organizations with turnover ranging from 5m – 500m. Adam has a wealth of experience in schedule of rates and is also flexible with traditional tendering and commercial support
Jason, Steve and Adam are proud to employ a support management structure whom most of which have worked with us for a number of years, and who also understand and apply the standards set by the business. Without such a dedicated team of both management and operatives the business would not be a success and this is recognized and appreciated. Our dedicated team of operatives also go over and above expectations and again this is recognized within the business.
