We’ve been shortlisted for three categories at the annual awards for the North West construction and property industry.
Two of the nominations are for the business, and the third is for our Managing Director, Adam Fareham. Winners will be announced on Thursday 3rd December at Old Trafford.

Two nominations for the business
We’re shortlisted in two company categories:
Main Contractor of the Year (£5m+ turnover)
Best Subcontractor of the Year (£2m+ turnover)
Being named in both says a lot about how we work. Some days we lead a project as principal contractor. Other days we work alongside Tier 1 contractors and Facilities Management providers to deliver our part of a bigger job. Either way, the aim is the same: make fit out, refurbishment and compliance work as simple as possible for our clients.
That work runs across government and secure estates, social housing, healthcare, commercial workplaces and facilities management, often in buildings that stay live and occupied while we’re on site.
Adam Fareham, Grafter of the Year
The third nomination is a personal one. Adam is shortlisted for Grafter of the Year, an award that recognises the people who put the hours in and keep things moving.
It’s been a big year for Adam and the business. He’s grown our senior team and taken us onto new procurement frameworks, all while keeping a close eye on delivery.
Down to the team
None of these nominations happen without the people behind them. That’s our site teams, project managers and the office team who keep everything running in the background.

Winners are announced on Thursday 3rd December, 7pm until 12, in the Manchester Suite at Manchester United FC, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 0RA.
