Fit-out and refurbishment form a core part of JPS Projects’ offering. We deliver projects across commercial, public sector and residential environments, often within live, occupied or secure buildings.
Our experience ranges from small refurbishment works to large, multi-disciplinary fit-out programmes delivered under a single principal contract. By coordinating multiple trades, we simplify delivery and provide clients with clarity, control and certainty throughout the project lifecycle.

Fire Prevention & Compliance
JPS is a FIRAS-approved contractor delivering passive fire protection and fire compliance works across commercial, residential and care environments.
Our services include fire door remediation, fire stopping, compartmentation works and associated surveys — often delivered alongside refurbishment projects to provide a single point of responsibility and assured compliance.

Electrical Services
As an NICEIC Approved Contractor, JPS delivers both integrated and standalone electrical packages across fit-out, refurbishment and planned maintenance projects.
Services include EICRs, fire alarms, security systems, LED upgrades and EV charging installations.

Compliance & Regulated Environments
We specialise in delivering works within live, operational and regulated environments, including government buildings, secure estates, healthcare facilities and occupied residential properties.
