JPS Projects Ltd are proud to say that we have delivered for our client on this contract for 7 years to date and are one of the only contractors who started on the contract from the start.
Over time we have built a reputation with our client and have a great knowledge of their systems and stocks.

Our team have all worked on the contract since commencement and are DBS checked and also hold the relative mandatory training certification (asbestos awareness – manual handling and CSCS). The project is overseen by Ray Mayger who has worked with the Directors at JPS for over 20 years.
At present we are ongoing with the refurbishment of circa 30 void properties per month undertaking the following works as a minimum –
