JPS Projects Ltd has recently completed the strip out and fit-out of an office block in Chesterfield across 2 floors of a live building. The logistics were challenging having to crane lift materials onto the roof for distribution to the lower floors, as well as material distribution via a central staircase.
Whilst on-site there were a number of design changes to encounter however the end date remained the same.
JPS worked additional shifts and weekends to accommodate the change to design and ensure programme could be met. This proved challenging at times compounded with a worldwide pandemic which also affected material supplies
The main and original works was originally circa 800k, with additional works taking it close to 1.1 Million.
The offices will accommodate 100 people and the department has now provided a great workplace for their valued staff.

Plastering
Flooring
Decorations
Bespoke and general carpentry
